Nature of this website
This website presents the company and its product groups and lets business buyers send a request for quotation (RFQ). It does not allow online ordering, contract formation or payment. Submitting an RFQ does not form an order or contract; a contract is formed only when a written contract is signed by both parties.
Rights and obligations of the parties
- Buyers provide accurate request information and are responsible for import requirements in their own country unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
- Top Source Vietnam answers requests in good faith and may decline requests that do not meet legal or compliance requirements.
- Specifications, certifications, regulatory status, prices and terms are binding only as stated in the written quotation and signed contract.
Payment safety
payments are made only by bank transfer to Top Source Vietnam's corporate account named in the signed contract. We never ask for payment to a personal account and never change bank details by email or chat – always verify by phone with your contact before paying.
Feedback & complaints
- Send your feedback or complaint to tsv@topsourcevietnam.com with your company name, the quotation/contract number (if any) and a description.
- We acknowledge receipt within 2 working days.
- We review the matter with the relevant team and propose a resolution within 15 working days.
- Disputes under a signed contract are handled as set out in that contract.
